What is the return/exchange policy?
Since every clothing at eudaemon is made fresh, we do not accept returns. Returns are only possible if you haven’t opted for any customizations or if there is a fault in the garment from our side. Eudaemon accepts returns of faulty products within 7 calendar days from receipt. We will be happy to collect returns from your place of convenience, free of cost. Just follow these simple steps to ensure a hassle-free return/exchange. The products should not have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged and the identification tag should still be attached. Returned items must be accompanied by the return form and the original receipt included in the package sent to you. The products should be returned in their original packaging. Prepare the package and stick the pre-paid shipping label on the box over the previous delivery information. This pre-paid shipping label was included in the package when it was originally sent to you. Request a return on the order page and initiate a refund or exchange.

We will send you an email confirming acceptance of the returned products and the refund due to you. In the case of a denied return, our customer service will notify you of the reason and the package will be returned to you. Please note that due to various payment providers having different processing times for refunds, it can take 10 working days for refunds to be processed back to your original form of payment.
